Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not process refunds for any bespoke
wigs purchased. We are not responsible for improper alterations done by
yourself or a stylist once the wig has been delivered. We are not
responsible for improper installs resulting in alteration of the unit,
improper care of the unit resulting in tangling or other harm, colour fade
due to product error, misunderstandings of wig wear, misunderstanding
of policies, misunderstanding of final look and expectations, or incorrect
cut due to the work of yourself or someone else. Unfortunately, these
are issues we cannot fix for free and will result in a repair fee, if
requested by yourself.
When unit orders are placed during major holidays/ bank holidays
please be aware that they may reach over the 21 working days
threshold.
We do not give refunds for any product, service, class or wig
orders.
